Erick was in charge of fixing my computer. He did an awesome job. He fixed my computer in two days, and he did not overcharge me. My laptop is working better than ever. I totally reccommend Affordable Computer Care. It was also easy to find, and parking is feet from the door. I will go here for all of my laptop repairs. Excellent work, guys!

His business and his work are very good and friendly. He tires to work with you when it comes to buying a computer from him. Very respectful and doesn't over price.

The second or third time I have used them. I wouldn't waste my time and money on ANYONE else. Absolutely honesty about what is needed. His prices are great. Service is fast and top quality. Location is in an old area on Enrique Barrera Parkway

So my brother in law and I took an HP DV7 to get the screen/display replaced. The laptop was in perfect condition besides the dead display. The "professionals" gave us an estimate on cost and stated that they were able to repair the laptop. Few days later they called to go pick up the "finished" product. Apparently they encountered some difficulties while trying to open the laptop (the professionals) so we drove to see the condition the laptop was in and we found the laptop metal casing was pryed open and bent and broken corners. The plastic and latches were broken around the screen and under the laptop. Screws were missing from the underside of the laptop. The laptop casing was not even closed completely and a cracking noise every time we opened the laptop. The manager offered a partial refund. Never again will I go back to these "professionals" who say can fix a problem bit end up destroying the product. Don't let these "professionals" rip you off.
