Terrible. I took my iPad in after it was shattered and upon picking it up the replacement was cracked. I told them before even leaving the store that the repair was damaged. They then “fixed” it again with what only seems to be a plastic screen, it has multiple things stuck in between the screen and the plastic repair. Here it is overly scratched, and in comparison with the same iPad generation you can tell it is subpar. Don’t waste your money here.

I would leave no stars for this place if I could. Go here if you want to be robbed, and be treated with poor customer service. I cracked my iPhone screen and had it repaired here. To the tune of almost $300. they guaranteed their work for 30 days.. or so they say and put on their receipts. I had to take my phone back the day after they repaired it due to the screen not working and the phone was over heating. They fixed it no issue. After that the screen was very touchy and worked but not properly. Still overheating and a black spot showed up at the top, with a green streak. I do not live in San Angelo. I did call the shop no answer. When I was back in town, 10 days from the original fix. The shop would not fix it. The man there said I dropped it. I told him I did not. Clearly there are no cracks on the screen, just the mark. As you can see in the photo there are no cracks or breaks in the screen as if it had been dropped. Which I pointed out. He was very rude and stated he "found it hard to believe that I was the only one of their customers with an issue".. so I guess I am a liar. I asked to speak to his manager. He stated he was the manager, and he would fix it for another $150 dollars. I reminded him of their 30 day guarantee, written on the receipt. He refused to honor it. He was very rude and condescending. I do not normally leave bad reviews, but as said I do not live in San Angelo and rely on reviews when looking for services. I would like to save some other person from wasting their money. I have since taken my phone into my cellphone carriers to order a new one. They told me the mark on my screen is a burn from improper placement of the new screen. Very disappointed and upset at throwing $300 dollars away at this business. Not only that but disappointed in the lack of customer service and the way I was treated.

Went to the AT&T store first. No help at all. My son suggested I go to the IPhone repair shop- in less than an hour, my problem was solved! Best service ever!

My phone stopped charging, so I decided to take it in for a diagnostic. It cost bout 40$ for the diagnostic. They told me my port was broken, and repairing the port would cost about 75$. They credited the diagnostic cost, so only 75 total! Great! However, the phone still didn't work. Turns out the problem was an internal chip. At this point, they tell me they will credit the 75$ to a new phone. Great! The problem is that they only had a very limited selection of phones and the phones were highly overpriced--about twice as much as you could buy them on Amazon. Even with the credit, I would be paying a lot more for a phone from them. For 75$, I received an incorrect diagnostic and an unneeded repair. Do yourself a favor and buy a new phone.
