Great service ! Good price on a new to me computer with windows 11 and big SD drive. I called back a few weeks latter about a problem I encounter and he help me right away over the phone. You always gonna have a computer problems and I’m just glad I found a place where I can talk to someone instead of YouTube university.

My phone screen was cracked and pretty much blacked out and I needed it repaired asap. Thank goodness it was open on Sunday as I need my phone for work. It was repaired in about an hour good as new. The gentleman even fixed a couple of issues from a prior repair that was done at another shop. Very reasonably priced I'm very satisfied

My iPad 12.9 screen was shattered and did some type of credit for approval was told it was gonna be a certain price due to the housing bent and needed a new housing. However after the 2 weeks I got it back they never got a new housing and just rebent it to fit the screen. Was told I was gonna get a call back about the extra credit I spent but never got a call back within 3 weeks. I don't recommend them at all.

I have used the CPR location in Frisco Tx probably 6 times for phone repairs and 2 times for laptop screens and 1 time for an iPad screen in the last 6 years. They are amazing. Never had an issues. So when I needed help now that I live in Saginaw I was thrilled to see a CPR right down the road. I went by on a Monday morning and waited for about 8 minutes while the man working there helped another person. Once they were done he asked how long I could be without my phone. I said not that long. He said well it’s going to take 3-4 hours. I said yeah that’s fine I just can’t be overnight without it. He checked to see if he had the part which he did. Then he said why don’t you come back tomorrow at 9:30. I have 12 phones ahead of you but tomorrow you will be first. So I agreed and returned today expecting a fairly simple transaction. He recognized me. I said here I am first for the day. He then said it would be 4 hours. I said I thought I was first of the day it’s going to still take 4 hours? I never raised my voice or spoke in a negative tone I simply was confused. He handed me the phone back and said he wasn’t going to fix. That he couldn’t make me happy. Perplexed I left. Must be nice to have that volume of business that a customer service is not a concern. Go elsewhere.
