The service by Pedro (first time I needed crack screen repair) and Nick (second time I dropped the phone after half year) was more than exceptional, very prompt, very knowledgeable, friendly and fast, customized to the time I planned to leave the phone for repair, very knowledgeable, even going the extra mile with taking special care of the device and also offering advice about the newer phones.
