I love their work, it's so perfect. They know how to revive a dead phone to be alive. They do an amazing job and I'm really impressed plus the discount and free advise

Save your money! I was warned that this place was a scam, but due to limited availability in my area, I had no choice but to patronize this business. I bought my phone in for a screen repair on 1/29($300+ out of pocket) and was promised that I could return the phone for FREE repairs if any issues with the screen were to occur within the next 30 days. Literally, the following day, I noticed my screen glitching, however, due to lack of time, I decided that I would bring it back to CPR before the 30 day warranty expired. On 2/14, ONLY 2 WEEKS following my initial screen repair, the screen completely blacked out again! I felt comfortable knowing that I would be able to have the repair covered under warranty! To my surprise, the sales associate Saad informed me that I would be responsible for covering the repair because I had dropped the phone(I NEVER dropped my phone) and the screen protector(that they sold me for $40 on my initial 1/29 visit which cracked 3 days following the purchase) was damaged! These people have ZERO integrity! I will never patronize this business again and neither should you!

I had an amazing experience getting my iPad repaired here! They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had my device looking and working like new in no time. The repair was done faster than expected and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable tech repairs!

My wife's Samsung S22 suddenly started having power issues the previous day, and then in the morning, she noticed her phone case was not fitting as usual. On removal, we realized her battery was swelling up and was pushing out the back cover of the phone. After calling a few places around Brazos TC, CPR was the only one who had the correct battery in stock. They did the repair in just an hr and charged about $90 (including tax) for replacement with an OEM battery. Her phone is working normally now!

I went in because my phone was not charging. Saad helped me out and told me give an hour. Did just that and came back to a working charging port and phone charged. While waiting for a short second, I saw Saad juggle multiple problems and not fumble. Great customer service. Very informative, very fair. Great business.
