I am obsessed with TISD! Ever since I switched I no longer have lapses in my Internet service. It is much faster way better than what I used to have. I also have telephone service with them. I had it with our previous provider as well but there were several times during the day when we would lose service. As a business, I couldn't afford to not make or receive calls. My service is great now and anytime I have an issue, which is very rare, it is taken care of right away. Their staff is very knowledgeable and have the best customer service. I recommend TISD to everyone. Thank you for taking care of me!

Had them for 3 1/2 years … paid $130 dollar a month for 50 mbps I NEVER got .. maybe 20 on a good day… cut out all through the day and I almost lost my job. When I called to cancel service they had auto renewed my contract and said I needed to pay a contract out fee and if I don’t they’ll just put it on my credit as bad debt!!! Would not recommend! Highly suggest you look out for the 3 line email they send regarding the renewal and keep calling until you talk to someone about it when your contract is up!

Tisd has offered the highest speeds for rural areas, but the connectivity has been intermittent when line of sight if obstructed by weather and other factors.

I always get reps to answer or call me back every time there’s an issue. Changing over from Wavenet has been challenging. And we’ve had a few outages. But as long as you keep giving credits and customer service. You’ll keep your customers. I have a lower package but we’re able to do PlayStation and Netflix and other streaming type things! When Wavenet wouldn’t put up a pole for me; your installers were so awesome putting up poles and guide wires to get me going after hurricane Harvey. Being disabled it really means the world to us!
