Had my screen replaced today by Sam. I had taken it to another cell phone repair center and they replaced it with a very cheap quality LCD screen. It had a big bright light at the bottom of the phone and it was rapidly draining the battery and my Face ID was not working. I spoke to Sam and told him the issues I was having, he stated it was because they used an LCD screen instead of an OLED screen. He replaced it for me and even gave me a discount from the original quoted price. The replacement made a big difference. No bright light at bottom of screen and it is not draining my battery. Face ID is working as it should. I am very pleased with their service.

The technician completed the job in just 20-25 minutes, delivering excellent service with great professionalism. Fast, efficient, and hassle-free—I highly recommend this store for any phone repairs!

NOT happy. My phone got green screen so I took it to them to put a new screen in. The new screen they put in worked very well, and I was okay with the $368 they charged me for the repair. Until I started to watch a video and noticed that the speakers sounded like they were blown loose or something was in the compartment rallying around in there. This was not how I brought the phone to them. I brought it back to them to fix the issue, and they didn't believe me that the speakers worked properly before the repair. Since it had a green screen, they couldn't test it before they started working on it. So they charged me $80 for restocking fee and labor to take the new screen off and put the old one back for the $368 refund. Now I have a phone with a broken screen and speakers that sound blown, and I was charged $80 for my effort. I'm taking it to a more reputable place.
