Geek squad is a JOKE! I came in for an emergency tech issue. They said I needed an appointment, but that they were all booked up today. Then they made fun of me when I teared up at this news. Then when I went online to make an appointment, I saw they had PLENTY of openings today. So they lied to me AND made fun of me. Good job geek squad!

I called Geek squad to schedule an appointment to have the Backlight repaired on my TV. Adrian was so helpful and let me know that it would be best to weigh my options since I would have to replace the whole screen. He was very nice and professional and went above and beyond to help me out and give me the valuable information that I needed.

Brought in a laptop for some possible water damage. Thought they would assess the computer and decide the right course of action from there. Welp, guess I shouldn't have thought anything. The young man immediately flipped on the "I'm an expert, your a novice" attitude. Lovely to say the least. It needs to be sent out for water damge assessment which can't be done at the store. Wow. That was easy to say. These "geeks" are wired differently. Not the first time I encountered a similar interaction. Now, my confidence is shot with the Geek Squad. But what choice do I have. Already paid for the warranty service. Send these employees to some sort of customer service training or make there job based on commission. Should have stuck with Sam's or Costco. 🤦🏽‍♂️ But, if you want to feel less than how you feel today, head on in. Good luck.

These people at the New Braunfels Geek Squad are professional, polite, knowledgeable, and diagnose and repair the problem quickly. It’s good to know there is a dedicated staff ready willing and able to sort out my electronic equipment. Thank you guys.

The techs are great but the customer service with geek squad is terrible. No call no shows for appts and having to schedule multiple appointments to complete simple projects. Communication is little to none with customer service and very hard to understand because of the language barrier. This is now the third appt needed for a soundbar and two outdoor speakers that were pre-wired.
