I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Texas Cellular Cell Phone & Computer Repair. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was cold, and the customer service was non-existent. After I complained about the lack of service, with the representative because he was too busy playing with another phone. I waited in the store for almost 30 minutes just to speak with a representative, who was dismissive and uninterested in helping me with my phone issues. After finally taking my iPhone for repair, they kept it for an entire week without any updates. I had to be the one to call them, nearly a week later, only to be told that they couldn’t repair it. No courtesy call, no explanation—just a simple "we can't fix it." It’s clear that the establishment is aware of the lack of professionalism from certain employees, yet nothing has been done to improve the customer experience. I will be returning to pick up my phone, but I will never do business with them again. If you’re looking for reliable service and professionalism, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
