Informative. To the point. Transparent. Good customer service. I did some research prior and one thing that convinced me to get my phone repaired here is the transparency I received when I called them up initially. This transparency was consistent throughout the repair. I dropped in with a bunch of questions, which Ashlea answered with patience, showed me the damaged phone battery and fixed my phone.

I went in to see if they could reattach the face of my fitbit which had separated from the base. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, staff was prompt and friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks Dex for fixing my fitbit I really appreciate your help!

I walked in on Saturday because my charging port on my iPhone stopped working. I knew it was dirty. Dax helped me out and within 5 minutes he got it cleaned and working perfectly again. Top notch service from these folks. I highly recommend them.

Google support recommended these guys for warranty work for the back cameras on my 6 month old Pixel 8. They hadn't been working properly since day one, but I didn't realize because I had nothing to compare them to until I got my daughter the same phone a few days ago. They had to order parts. Dropped off my phone a couple of days later and headed back to Farmersville because I didn't want to wait around for a couple of hours with nothing to do. By the time I got home (about 45 minutes), Dax had already texted my wife saying he was done! Cameras now appear to be working as famously as a Pixel 8 should now. Can't even tell the phone was taken apart. No hassle, no fuss, super friendly service from everyone in the shop. Would 💯 recommend for any phone repair needs.

This place is great! Had a phone that wouldn't turn on, it would just get stuck on the reboot screen. The technician kept the phone overnight to try everything they could to attempt a repair. Unfortunately the repair was beyond anything they could assist with. After spending hours working on this phone, they didn't charge us at all, since they couldn't make the repair. This just goes to show how morally and ethically responsible this facility functions. This is where I will direct anyone in need of a phone repair.
