I found this place through Apple. I was pleased to not have to drive to the Apple Store to fix my cracked screen. Cole helped me when I came in for my first appointment. They did not have the part but ordered it and it came within 3 days. Cole was very professional and courteous. I scheduled to come back about 2 days later to drop my phone for the repair and Jack helped me. He did the repair and my phone looks brand new! Great job Jack! Nima also responded to my text with a question while they had my phone. Overall a really hassle free experience. I was worried about dropping my phone and turning off the “Find My iPhone” feature but these guys were professional and took care of everything in the time promised. I will hopefully not have to come back, but if I do I will definitely come here again. Thanks for the top notch service!!

Went to the mobile kangaroo shop, the person on the desk told me that the phone which had a cracked screen will be fixed and I will get a call within 2-3 hours. This was at 11:40 am. I got no call and after three hours I started calling, no one picked up the phone, as o tried to reach the shop for more than 2 hours. At around 5 pm, I went to the shop anyway, and was told that they had not even started on my phone. Delays are fine, not communicating is not. They started working while I waited and I got the phone at 6:05 pm,. I was supposed to pick up my son from the airport at 6 pm, I missed that, had to ask my wife to go instead and my son waited on her for 30 minutes … Guys - please take accountability of living up to your promise, else at least have the courtesy to call and let customers know. Contrary to what you think. We have other things in our life that we need to take care of apart from waiting on you. Not going back again.

I had taken my air pods in for a warranty repair cause they clearly didn’t work, I’ve been messaging them back and forth trying to get an update, they told me they lost my AirPod buds in transit back to the shop, then to tell me they couldn’t find any issues with them…. Hmmmm idk what’s going on and they had me pay 20$ down before they could diagnose it……. I should’ve went straight to Apple now I’ve been out of my airpods for 2 weeks now… Update! I got my air pods back a month later and the issue wasn’t resolved my air pods are still messed up!

I have apple care and signed up through Apple for the appointment. When I got there I spoke with someone who was hard to understand. He told me I had to pay 35 and I would get it back then when I went to pick up the phone he would not give me my money back. He confirmed I had the Apple plan.

They do not communicate at all you have to pay up front for them to repair anything they don’t answer the phone they don’t answer the text. More specifically the McKinney office, I had to call the Frisco office speak to that supervisor to call the staff at the McKinney office just to call me back and tell me what was going on with my computer AFTER paying $1300. The only reason I am giving two stars is because my computer works and I didn’t loose all my data even though they told me I would loose everything.
