My daughters screen was repaired but started flickering and typing on its own. I called it in but they say my 90 day warranty expired by 3 days. I wanted to see if the owner might make an exception but they told me he wouldn't. 3 days...I can't say if the screen was even new bc why would the screen mess up in 93 days?? Do not recommend this place. Maybe they aren't even using new screens? I mean 93 days and they won't make an exception for their quality of work. Terrible! I paid 120 and that's the response. Do not use.

Super disappointed. We got our phone repaired but then the screen started to glitching and moving on its own. Took it back and was told that it looked ok and to bring it back if it does it again. Life happens and time went on and it continued. We did miss going back in before the warranty expired and was told that it was not under warranty. I just wish they could’ve replaced it the first time. I did ask if they could help us out because we are repeated customers of theirs. I was unhappy with the offer. To Smartphone Medic….Please just do what your customers ask for the first time and don’t send them away till after you do your job correctly. Will not be returning :(
