I stopped here to have my 6 year old laptop checked out. I suspected that the battery was going bad. I was checked in by Daniel Reyna, who informed me that a 25 dollar service charge would include a complete testing of the computer for any problems. I was told it would be 2 or 3 days & I would be called for any work approval. After three days with no call, I stopped again & contacted Mr Reyna again. I actually was ready to take back the laptop if they didn't know anything. I was told by Mr. Reyna that the tech was out but I would be called by 5 PM regarding the problem with the laptop. I asked that he assure me that he would call me. I assured me & I left. I never received a call. After 7 days, I returned again with no phone calls made by this business. I again contacted Mr. Reyna who immediately directed me to another male associate who brought my laptop & informed me it had a bad battery. I asked why I had not been called. No answer. He informed me it would cost 129 dollars for a new battery. I asked if they had the battery. He responded that they did not. I asked to speak to the highest level of supervision there. He laughed & did not respond further. I told him I did not have any confidence with this business with this example of customer service & took my computer & left. Good luck if you do business with them! By the way, I see one of the reviews was done by Daniel Reyna.. If you ever wondered if a business tries to help themselves - now you know!

Took a laptop, Apple MacBook Pro, after I cracked the screen. They ordered the part, fixed it with no problems. Years later still working great. Fantastic job! Friendly knowledgeable service. They make you feel like family here.

Do not take your system here! My iMac would not reboot, I dropped it off on February 25th, I was less than a week should be ready, I had to call them and they seemed not to know anything finally they checked it and told me they didn't have the part and that I would have to wait, this was a month after I dropped it off. Finally on the 8th of April they called me to say it was ready. I lost all my info and they didnt do what they said they would do. Your company sucks! Simple job could have taken less than two weeks. Never will I use your services. I will make sure I make all aware of your horrible service.

Service was horrible from day one. After repeated attempts for them to answer a simple question I had, they always replied "The technician is not here right now, but they'll be in later." (I waited near an entire month for the technician to arrive, somehow he / she never showed up.) Besides that, they also gave me a wrong diagnosis of what was truly wrong with my computer. In the end I took my computer to be repaired at Geek Squad it might be pricier, but at least you can rest assured that you have a smaller chance of being cheated, or possibly of getting a false diagnosis. This is a speculation but... it is possible that they could be giving false diagnoses in order to overcharge / steal parts off of computers of unsuspecting clients... shameful in all regards.
