The store is super clean. You can find easily what you need and if you got some questions the people working there will give you a hand. What I like about the employees is that they walk with you where are needing to find something which is really good. The prices are good. They have so much good items to choose from. I highly recommend this store.

I needed to schedule and appointment with the Geek Squad to repair a problem with our computer / projector interface. First I had to work through about 2 minutes of listening to a recorded voice tell me to pick an option. I picked an option and was transferred to a help center in Central America. After describing the problem to them they finally agreed they couldn't help me and transferred me to another help center in Central America who tried to schedule an appointment after they agreed they couldn't help me. After about 30 minutes on the phone I was no better off than when I first called. I had to edit this review. A member of the Geek Squad did contact me and quickly realized my situation. When they arrived on site they were prepared and very knowledgeable. In less than an hour they had identified the problem and corrected it onsite. They were very helpful and polite and yes i will use them again and do recommend them to others. Thanks again.

Geek squad in Longview Texas is horrible at there job. Just careless. Was told it would be 3 to 5 business days for my phone to be repaired. Ended up being 9 days. Went to pick it up last night. Was told it wasn’t in store but I have the same updates as them stating it was in store under extensive testing. Just sorry as hell really.

I called the Longview store and got a non-human. (AI? hardly.) I wanted a particular department and when prompted to press a number to get that department I did so, but was not connected, it was as if I hadn't pressed anything at all. The recording recycled and I tried again but, again, no connection was made. On the third time, she (it) hung up on me. I called again, same song and dance. Best Buy, your phone answering technology is not working. How could I trust you to work on my computer for goodness sake?

I recently purchased 4 computers and 1 laptop for my business, and the guy helping me informed me about technical support. That Geek squad will be able to come out for one year for $200 to help me with anything I need like setting up printers and such. I questioned him multiple times about the printers, because that was my main concern and he informed me that the $200 would cover it for one year. When I called to get it set up, the told me it would cost $50 for them to come out and hook up a printer. I spoke with the manager and he said that was correct. Even after I told him that this information was not given to me, he said there was nothing he could do, so they need to make sure all their employees know what they are talking about before helping customers so now I wasted $200 that they refuse to reimburse me. They have lost my respect and a lot of business from me!
