My phone (Samsung S23 Ultra) got wet while we were on vacation and stopped working. I thought I would have to buy a new phone, but I searched online and found that these guys fixed water damaged phones...I called in the morning and Uriah answered. He was very informative and helpful....I brought the phone in about 24 hours after the incident. I was told it would be $99 for water repair and any other damaged parts as needed....lone story short, today (the next day) my wife got a call that it was ready and it works great! I didn't lose my vacation pics! Great company, great service!!! Awesome job! Update: A special shout out to Joey for helping me out today. The phone was working fine until it randomly turned off and would not turn on. I brought it in and Joey helped me out....within an hour of me dropping it off, they got it powered back on. Great Customer Service! Awesome people!

On February 8, 2025, my cell phone had wierd white lines (similar to a halo) around all objects on my screen saved. I was certain it was ruined. I stopped my this repair center for a diagnosis. They had just locked the door to close for thr day: however, I took a chance and tapped on the window so that Josh could see my phone screen. Instead of saying "Sorry ma'am we're closed," he opened the door. He quickly looked at the phone and determined it was my settings. I went home and that was exactly what it was. I was relived. I came by the store to personally thank him for his exceptional customer service . He wasn't working, so I wanted to leave this review. This young man is an asset to your company. Not sure if he's in management, it not, he should be.
