I went to a authorized Dell service center after breaking my keyboard and they quoted me $450 and said that they needed a month to work on my computer I stumbled upon this family own small business and was honestly beyond happy and satisfied, not only with the service, but also the professionalism and turn around time I dropped my computer in the afternoon and got it back later the same day Oh, and by the way, they were way more reasonable than any other shop and the authorized center on pricing If I ever need anything computer or cell phone related, this will be my go to 11/10 Recommend 🔥🙏

I love this place! They were nice, friendly, and efficient! I never had to wait long for my items to get fix. I took my apple-watch and nintendo switch here and they fixed it with no issues. I will be coming back! They are awesome!!

I had a Samsung monitor that needed repair, and let me tell you, dealing with Samsung was beyond frustrating. They couldn’t fix it, and to make matters worse, they canceled the service appointment I had scheduled without even telling me! All I needed was for them to fill out a simple purchase protection form so my bank could reimburse me for the monitor, but they completely dropped the ball. Feeling stuck, I decided to take it to Computer and Cell Phone Repair, a small business in Lewisville, and I’m so glad I did. Mohammad, the owner, went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly professional, took the time to answer all my questions, and made the entire process stress free. Even though it wasn’t his responsibility, he had no hesitation in filling out the purchase protection form for me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers, but Mohammad exceeded all expectations. Will recommend this store to anyone looking to get some help with their electronics!
