Went print some some stuff from email and couldn’t get it to go to the email to the printer and the employee said to take screen shot and send it that way and walked off, tried that didn’t work and then she totally ignored us when she saw we still needed help so after wasting $3.something twice we decided to leave. We have been in this store many times before and never had this horrible experience before, I don’t think we will be in again. Going to Decatur for now on there other places to get stuff printed.

It might be good if all employees were familiar with their equipment. I feel like customers are pushed more & more to do every thing themselves. We have to process our own orders on the website without much assistance. And when asked it feels like we are an Inconvenience to your employees. Wow!!!! I’m so excited to spend the money I had to work for. Oh and yes let’s remember the Christmas Spirt should be both ways and not just customers.

I visit this store to print documents or to do my online shopping returns. They have always been friendly and helpful! The print from email feature on their printers is so convenient!! The prices are fair!

I needed to make copies for my students because our printer is down at school. I couldn’t connect to their internet, and they were not helpful and couldn’t care less. I finally was able to access my email to email the 2 documents to them to print, but the email address posted on the counter is not correct. It took 10 minutes to get the correct email address. I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to show me how to actually get them printed. When I finally was able to give them the printing instructions, the copy machine kept jamming up and the associate said “well oh my, I don’t know what’s happening.” After an hour of this nonsense, I was told my total would be $84. What?!?! I’ve been to other copy service places that MAYBE would have charged me $10. The associate I was dealing with was way more concerned with her allergies than actually helping me. Half of the copies have a blue streak down the center of the page, which makes them unreadable. I will NEVER go to this Staples again. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Came into the store today and couldn't find what I needed. Chris came up to me, asked what I needed help with and immediately showed me where it was. He then recommended signing up for rewards and helped me DL the Staples app. He was such a a great help and I highly recommend this store and Chris!
