My 10 year old desktop Dell PC defective HDD was replaced with an SSD by Nadine who has got to be the "GO TO" computer wizard. She did a wonderful fix and everything works perfect. Fast service and very good price. I highly recommend The Computer Loft.

I thought I had a problem with my new speakers. I spoke to Nadine over the phone and she talked me through some possible fixes. It didn't work so I took the PC in. Nadine had it figured out and fixed within 2 hours! It's great to have customer service where a tech will talk to you on the phone and try to help first. Very please with the service and highly recommend The Computer Loft. This is old fashion customer service and I appreciate it!
