Note:work was done at the Alice store and it appears there are two locations, please read and be aware. I have never left a negative review to anyone until now. If there was an option to put a negative star I would. I was so dissatisfied with the quality of work and they had no problem taking my money. On December 6, 2024 I went in to have the back glass on my iPhone 15pro repaired. The gentleman who watches the Alice store is the one who repaired the back glass off my phone. The reason I know this, is because I heard the gentleman call the boss as he took my phone to the back. This gentleman had the boss on speaker asking, “how do I do this?” Boss stated “take the back glass off and if you have any problems just look at a YouTube video.” When I got the phone back i immediately inspected it. The gentleman stated it was his first time doing this repair and that the guy who does the repairs was unable to that day. Had I know this ahead of time, I would have come back and not drove all the way from Corpus Christi, TX. The gentleman also stated that the back was not completely flushed. I kindly asked if there was warranty or if I could have it re-done so that there was not an opening for debris to go in. He stated yes, call tomorrow.” I paid the second portion and went back to my vehicle. Once in my vehicle, I begin to inspect the phone further and noticed my camera was very blurry, the camera flash did not work, the flashlight did not work, and a bunch of fingerprints and lint on the inside of the lens. I went back into the store to let the gentleman know and again he told me to call tomorrow to see what they could do. As soon as I left the store, I texted the owner and have yet to receive a response. I also called three times on Saturday. Left two voicemails and until this day have not received a response, it has been 14 days as today, 12/22/24. Note: while waiting for my phone to be repaired, there was a family who came in and was told that their phone was ready and the gentleman could not find it. The family was visibly upset. The gentleman called the boss on speaker as he went to the back of the store. Everyone could hear the conversation as the boss stated that he did not know where he put it and would have to look for it. The family stormed out. I do not think this is a kind of establishment I would trust to have your phone worked on. Please consider if you go in to have something repaired, you will come out with more issues. I hope this never happens to anyone after this. Thank you.

Replaced my phone screen. Great price on the new screen and the labor to install it. Very nice, courteous and quick replies. Easy to work with. I'll definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them. Wonderful experience!

I honestly cannot recommend this location. To be fair, the employees were very nice. And even though they couldn't fix my phone, they only charged me a $30 discovery fee, when I was afraid the final bill would be much higher. Unfortunately, communication is non-existent. They had my phone for 2 months and never gave me any updates. I had to call periodically for updates and sometimes they wouldn't know anything and would tell me they'd call me back with an update and never did. In the end my phone was not able to be fixed (nobody knows what's wrong with it, it just turned off one day and never came back on) and I waited for 2 months before they finally told me it couldn't be fixed. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for nice people, but I personally will not take another phone here because of the hassle. I wish their communication was better.

I had a wonderful experience taking my phone to ESPIFIX. I’m so glad I went there Connar was very knowledgeable about all things iPhone. His patience with my inability to get my phone to work was extraordinary. I am not a techie. I’m so happy with my new phone now that he has it working for me. They have some Christmas specials going. Got my IPhone XR fixed here, the owner replaced the charging port on it and when he called me to tell me it is ready he said he also replaced the screen because it got broke when fixing it and I really appreciate his service Thank you again Conor. 100% recommend this business!
