I was visiting in the area and fradulantly attacked my computer, and so much more. These great people took my laptop, fixed the problems, and told me what i needed to do moving forward. It was an excellent service and very reasonable. I will have no problem going back to them should i encounter any computer issue. Dr. Carol

Don is excellent! He is not only fair and honest, but he's also good at what he does. He took care of a blue screen that I had been trying to self diagnose, and he did so efficiently. New Dell upgraded hard drive. Dell had me buy another computer saying mother board issues. Intel look at it and could not fix. Best buy said it was the new hard drive. After spending thousands with no results. Took it to express pc they reloaded windows and had me running in 24 hours after over a month with the "experts" we highly recommend.

Excellent service. They were very upfront about problems and repairs. I ended up needing a new laptop, but they answered all my questions and on brands and specs. They recovered the data from my old laptop and did not upcharge for repairs that were not completed or needed. I would definitely refer anyone to them and will take my device to them for service when needed.
