PLEASE DONT GO HERE ! I got my phone fixed on November 1st I had a cracked screen which made my phone turn black I came to “The Fix” told him what was wrong and he said it will take about 20mins to fix so I said okay & walked around the mall , I came back phone was fixed paid $185 and left . About a day after my phone screen is not the same it would text other words I didn’t type , my phone screen would glitch etc.. so I called up there & told him I just got my phone fixed and my screen is glitching . Then Yesterday November 13th my phone started doing the same thing it did when I brought it in and the crack was in the same exact spot , so I brought it back in to have him fix it he said he can’t fix it because it has a crack in it . But what do you mean ??? I literally got my phone fixed two weeks ago and it is a crack in the same exact spot & the same problem happened so did the man really fix my phone . And (his name was Alan )so he then said the cheapest he can do for me is $65 but for the thick knock off screen for my phone like no I want what I paid for , so then he said for the right screen for my phone is $110 , there should no reason as to why my phone was glitching right after I got it fixed , the same crack in the same spot , and him not offering a refund or to fix it for free is wrong , so he then said to me “ If I fix it I’m going to be loosing $100” like that is unacceptable . So I pretty much got scammed out of my $185 I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

The service was quick and reliable. Alan was helping us put a new screen protector for my sisters phone. I really liked how the phone turned out and I will be coming back soon.
