THIEF!!!!! He will fix your towns and sell them!!!! Do not go to this guy. He has not returned my calls and has repaired and sold my items. I paid him up front for the work to be done and he never responded to me nor informed me he was done. When I reached out to him to schedule a pick up, he never responded after telling me what time to come to the shop. He won’t answer my calls or return my items. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!

Professional, knowledgeable and courtesy. From start to finish. Over the phone I explained my issue. He provided several different options and, he was very transparent. On arrival his greeting was inviting and he re-explained the process once again. I left him to work. Two hours later he called and my desktop was repaired. What a relief. So time efficiency is top quality as well!

He was VERY kind and did an amazing job. My laptop was split in two and he managed to fix brand new. He's affordable too. He keeps you updated and is super detail oriented.

I got my laptop repaired here by Terrell. Specifically I had to get my hard drive replaced. I was charged $120 for services which I thought wasn’t too bad in general. I didn’t mind paying it. However, I did bring my own hard drive so I’m not sure if the $120 is the typical cost for hard drive replacement or if it would’ve cost more had I not brought my own hard drive. Anyway, Terrell was pretty easy to communicate with for the most part. He repaired my laptop pretty quickly. It was about a day and a half turn around time which wasn’t bad at all. Not only that but he also added a virus protection program as well as windows/word 2016 which I thought was really cool. The only reason I didn’t give him a 5 star review is because I feel he could be a bit more professional. When I first walked in to drop my laptop off he was in conversation with someone. I told him I was there to drop my laptop off and he told me to give him a minute. Which I didn’t mind at all. He turned back to the guy and continued his conversation. At first I thought maybe the guy was a customer or a partner and that the conversation was about the business. But after about 2 minutes I realized the conversation was one of leisure and honestly was not a conversation that should’ve taken precedence over a customer. He continued on talking to the guy literally for 10 minutes past my drop off time as I sat there waiting and if that’s not enough the only reason why he finally turned around to assist me is because the guy he was talking to was like well I’ll let you get to your customer because I know she’s waiting. That’s when he Finally turned to help me. He didn’t apologize or anything and I just thought that was so rude and unprofessional. But other than that i was satisfied with the services.

Terrell was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Came in for a broken charger port in my laptop and he was able to fix it in the time frame he set the expectation for. I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!
