I think I may have stumbled one the only or one of the only honest and reasonably priced computer repair shops in Houston! I can not give enough props to this place, I went in (based on reviews) with an older desktop that stopped working and I needed to access my QuickBooks for my business. He looked at it while I was there and literally fixed it in five minutes, this quick repair alone told me that he knows exactly what he is doing and is a craftsman at his profession. Then he only charged me a VERY fair price which I gladly paid. Now I know that probably most repairs wont take five minutes but I can say he is fair, honest and knowledgeable. What else could ya possibly want? RXL has my on going support and I indeed give them 5 plus stars!

My computer was dying very quickly and I know it needed a clean out so I found this shop on the web. I ended up buying a new charger here and a new antivirus subscription. Mr. Mendoza did all my services I needed in a day! My computer works great now.

Let me just say this!! I am so excited about getting my desktop computer fixed at RXL Computer Repairs. He gives you a reasonable price. I had the old version of Windows 8.1 and I needed an upgrade. Now my computer runs a whole better and faster with Windows 11 plus he fixed it to where I could add my new printer, then he added my upgrade to Microsoft Office. I tell you Rommel is the BEST Computer Tech person there is!! I explained to him over the phone about this matter and he knew exactly what needed to be done. Antonio was very kind and patient. He was honest and very informative on the repairs. He even suggested not to waste money the computer, and that it has another year life span. He also suggested that it would be best to invest in a new one once the old one gave out. We were very grateful for his service.
