Ok, where do I start?? I met Mike 10 + years ago. I had just started to work from home. I had no equipment and Pulse Audio was down the street in my neighborhood. My first thought was he probably didn’t really know anything like all the other computer shops I had come across ( just a quick fix to get my money) lol (sorry Mike)… But, I gave him a chance and was I WRONG about him! Once I started working Mike was there for me all the way. Whatever equipment I needed he helped me get (at a reasonable price too). Any computer issues, he helped resolve them… I have to say he’s the man to go to… I have purchased 5 laptops from him since 2012 and ALL of them are still in good running condition. I have not had any issues with any of my laptops… I really purchased them was s because of the price he sales them for, you can’t beat it ANYWHERE… Who needs to purchases a new computer or laptop when you can go to Pulse Audio and get a new used one for cheap… Don’t sleep on Mike at Pulse Audio… if you do you’re missing out!

Mike and his apprentice are super nice and have always fixed my PC at a very reasonable price and sometimes the same day. I highly recommend them.

Brought them my laptop to change AC port. Charged me $100 without approving the work. Never called me to let me know what's going on when I specifically asked to please let me know how much prices are going to be before work started. I had to keep calling them to see what was going on. When I got the laptop back and I opened to check the work they did there were screws missing on the wifi card, the antenna to the wifi card was laying in the wrong spot and not re-taped down with the tape that is supposed to hold it down. Now everytime I hit the number keys, my laptop BSOD's, I have absolutely no idea why, on top of that every game I play now, I am getting graphical artifacts!! 😤 CPU is getting to 93°c! GPU overheating as well! They had to take my mother board off and I really doubt they replaced the thermal paste. Really trusted Mike for years! I will never come here again. I never got any apologies, explanation, nothing, just that's how much it is and that he could of charged me more. I'm sorry but I don't trust them anymore and it doesn't seem like they care like they used to.
