I loved this experience 10x better, this is the second time now my screen has been cracked. This time I cracked it with my thumb trying to push it back and PC&MAC did an AMAZING job & was way cheaper than the last people who did it. The last individuals took 3 days to fix it and my laptop would never close all the way, it always popped back open slightly but PC&MAC took an hour to fix it on a Sunday afternoon and it closes like it did when I first bought it! I will come here for all electronics from now on.

I needed to get my fan bearing replaced on my laptop of 5 years, the process of bringing it in for repair was very smooth! The shop owner is very kind, understanding, and open with his communication of estimated prices and when the repair is finished. My laptop runs much better than when I first bought it from Best Buy, I'm very pleased! He also repaired my mother's phone at a low price, which was much easier than going back and forth with Asurion to make an insurance claim. I recommend PC & Mac to anyone needing repairs than taking it to other repair services. I'll definitely come by again if I have anything needing repairs.

Good service his the man fix my whole pc mother board and power circuit in a few hours and at a good price better then some places matter fact his better then micro center customer service and I spend thousands in micro center lmfao his cheaper and good quality work…….

The service here is great and you can’t beat the prices! I found this shop when I was having issues with my laptop and they were able to reset it while making sure to backup and save all my data. More recently I had them install some new hardware in our PC and the prices are extremely fair considering the work done. I would definitely recommend this shop!
