I recently visited them with a badly damaged Dell laptop. I was cordially received. Erik gave me a clear scope of work and cost to fix the laptop. However he also offered recommendation to not go ahead with repair given no longevity of the available repair option. Erik however did offer temporary repair at no charge which is still making the laptop work. So I have high confidence in their work ethics, work itself and pricing. Recommended!!
