Mr Kevin was excellent in every regard. I was very sad because my computer broke down and I was going to loose some of my data. I called Mr Kevin and he fixed it and had it ready the following day. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with it and what he needed to do. He was very resonable regarding pricing, very honest, proffesional and knowledgeable gentleman. I highly reccomend him.

Kevin is a tremendously helpful, honest, and communicative technician. I needed a laptop hinge repaired, so I sought his services based on the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed! He identified the issues with my broken casing, notified me that he would need to special order some parts, and provided me with an accurate estimate for parts, labor, and time. When everything was ready, I dropped off my laptop with him and took a trip out of town for the weekend. When I returned, I picked it back up, and it's good as new! I would highly recommend Houston Computer Tech Services, and would definitely consult Kevin again if I need another repair.
