I went to fix anti virus in my computer, I call before going to get an estimate price, when I arrive they said that the price went up, and I paid for the service, they give me 3hr to come pick up which was not done at that time have to sit for extra 2hrs and it was still not done. I leave it to come pick up the following day. When I arrive home the starting button was not working I went back and they said it wasn't their fault and I have to leave my computer for a day again, and will have to paid for that which was there fault. Too much drama, I will go to somewhere else. Do not recommend

Horrible. Couldn't even apply thermal paste properly. He spilled LIQUID METAL all over and handed to me which ended in an almost burnt gpu. You should be very careful with LM yet it was all over the motherboard when I checked it. Careless and felt like a scam. Took away my own thermal paste which was around 16 usd which as you can see he never used, and charged me 60usd for this trash work. didn't even use it properly. He doesn't know what he's doing... don't go. (Especially if you're a woman because he'll try to scam you.)

Been here twice already in 1 week. First I spilled some water in my backpack and my laptop was not working anymore, They cleaned the leak and my laptop works perfectly. The second time I tried to assemble my PC at home, but due to transportation my motherboard pins were crooked. In both cases they repair the problem fast and with a fair price. Recommend.

I had a broken laptop hinge and they did a great job on the repair! This was also the best price I got from all the repair shops I contacted in Houston. Very friendly technicians who are honest and reasonable with prices. In my case, the repair took a bit longer than expected, but I haven't had any issues with my laptop since! I definitely recommend checking them out if you have any trouble with your devices.

Came in with a PC that won’t turn on with all new parts. The diagnostic took 4+ hours and the guy said the motherboard was shortage. He said it would be close to $200 to fix. Took it home and checked everything myself and turns out one of the power supply cable was unplugged. Plugged it in and the whole pc works like a charm.
