I left my work laptop with them since January 17th hoping they could solve and help me restart my system and install a new Windows 10 without any other specifications than that, after 3 days they notify me that my device is ready and then I arrive at the meeting place and find that they had not repaired anything and they never contacted me before that, the reason was that they supposedly did not have the charger and that is why they could not work on it as well as inventing non-existent faults in the USB port that I use daily to work as if I did not know my own equipment. In short, if you want to repair any of your devices without problem, this is NOT the right place for it, they only made me lose the most precious thing we have in the world which is OUR TIME.

Don’t recommend using Geek Squad here. I went to get my camera fixed on my iPhone and they had to remove the screen to get to it and they did not put the screen back on properly. I went back to have them put it on correctly but they failed to do so. They then told me I had to take it to the Apple Store to get it fixed and lucky I had coverage on the phone so they can fix the screen that Geek Squad improperly installed.

Pros: they did some unrelated improvements to the computer. Don’t recall which. Cons: Took my gaming desktop to check out why it would turn off randomly when playing games...( few months later, problem still persisted after tech visit.) I ended up buying a new power supply for the computer and when we were switching power supplies, we found out that one of the cables was just not connected... I did not expect Geek Squad to miss such a vital problem. Thus, the bad review. Summarized: experienced but not reliable.

The customer service rendered was great. However upon looking at my credit card statement, I did not receive my refund. Instead I was charged for Galaxy Active Watch 2 again.
