Dropped off my MacBook Air to be repaired (screen issues) at my local Apple Store in Ohio. My MacBook was sent here. I got my MacBook back within 2 business days. So far my MacBook is working fine. Fingers crossed. Loved the turnaround time for the repair. Quick and easy.

Thought I was sending my 2018 15" MacBook Pro to Apple for the Keyboard Replacement Program since the keys would sometimes mysteriously type 14 of the same letter after one tap. Instead it was sent to these chumps who damaged an essentially mint condition laptop in as many ways as they could. The photos/videos speak for themselves but here's what I've found in the first couple hours of using it since it was returned (I'm sure I'll discover more): -- Hinge damaged causing disfiguring to every exterior aluminum casing component, no clearance on one side with large gap on other side. -- Screen is difficult to open providing inconsistent resistance to opening when it used to be smooth. -- Hinge squeaks/cracks loudly when manipulating the screen. -- Screws in bottom plate clearly not screwed in straight or fully, causing the bottom plate to make a clicking sound in one corner. -- Internal component making loud squeaking sound when picking up or setting down the laptop. YOU GUYS ARE SHYSTERS FOR DAMAGING A $3500 LAPTOP LIKE THIS AND SENDING IT BACK. APPLE SHOULD FIRE YOU IMMEDIATELY. FOLLOW-UP TO "Response from the owner": I did contact CSAT directly at the website the "CSAT Leadership Team" provided. Unsurprisingly, I heard nothing back. Seems like the CSAT Leadership Team is better at pretending to care about its customers through meaningless public posts than it is actually getting their people the training they need to fix peoples' $3400 MacBook Pros instead of destroying them. Not to mention implementing post-repair inspection procedures or integrity training. There's no way someone didn't notice this damage, they probably just hoped I wouldn't. CSAT Leadership Team, you're a sham and I feel sorry for the people that you "Lead".

This is where my MacBook was sent for “repairs”, but they actually broke it further! The only thing wrong with my MacBook when I gave it to the Genius Bar was that there was a crack in the screen. The computer itself was still perfectly functional, and I actually used it for 3 days with an external monitor. The Apple Store told me I could expect it back on April 15th. I call that day — the computer is not ready. It’s still in Texas. Apparently, now the logic board, trackpad, and various other parts of the machine are physically damaged and need to be replaced! They were not damaged when I had them! Now I have to spend a whole day re-installing the apps I need for work and transferring all my files because some looser at this facility decided to play frisbee with my computer. Thanks a lot! 🙃 everything really is bigger in Texas!!! Bigger pain for me to deal with!!!!! No one could mess my computer up bigger than the lone star state!

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I received an email after 20 days of waiting for a repair to be done asking if I'd like to proceed with the repair/if I had any questions or concerns about my Lenovo laptop. I responded promptly the same day I received the email, with a question about the repair. NO REPONSE. I followed up. NO RESPONSE. They decide to ship my laptop back to me without ever responding. I email again asking if they're sending me back the laptop repaired. Their response: "unit has been sent back unrepaired due to no response." They clearly ignored my first two responses and responded to the third after they had already sent the laptop back. Looks like if they don't feel like working on your laptop, they simply send it back to you while ignoring the very emails they requested. Insane that large tech companies would actually work with a company like this after all the negative reviews. STAY AWAY.

Laptop was sent in by Lenovo, I have to say I was skeptic at first with all the negative reviews. They did come through and fixed my laptop. I got it back with in great timing. My machine works like its brand new now. Thank you CSAT for caring for my machine.
