CPR Cell Phone is convenient and has amazing customer service. My phone was inoperable for almost 4 days, so going without it one more day concerned me. When I dropped it off, I knew that picking it up the next day was a huge possibility. Alex asked me to call right before they closed to check the status. I told him I would just drive over, considering I lived a couple of blocks away and didn’t have another phone to call on. I showed up 5 minutes before closing and was shocked to learn that Alex had fixed my phone in about an hour and half, when he had 2 other phones that he was also working on. He was able to finish all three and was the only employee working this particular day. I was so happy! He also mentioned that they fix other electronics as well. So, I will keep them in mind for other devices to repair, if needed. Thank you so much Alex!

Alex was amazing. As someone who isn’t tech savvy, He was very patient and explained things that weren’t explained by the insurance company. The level of ustiner service and care shown by Alex and the other employees is above and beyond what you get today. Thanks Alex and the other staff at CPR!

They did a great job over here! Alex took good care of everything. He handled the appointment scheduling for me, then when I got there it took a hour as he said. I had cracked my front screen on my phone by dropping it and it has a black hole on my phone with cracked glass. He replaced the he whole front frame of my phone and it looks brand new. 🥹

Great people, great service, super friendly. It is hard to find people who will replace MS Surface Pro 7 and 7plus broken screens. They even made good the damaged corner of the chassis on the 7+...it's like the accident never happened. I have already recommended them to a friend in need of help. Prices are very competitive as well... not cheap, but great value. As I said to Raymond, "I am super happy I now know you folks...but I hope I don't see you again too soooooon" Smiles. David C. Alex was especially helpful and kind. I had a 12pm appointment and he got right to work at that time. My phone was handled professionally and safely. Highly recommend this location for their service and because of all the cool places around to eat. 5 stars!
