I cracked my camera lenses while on vacation, so I had to go in to the Apple Store to get it fixed/replaced. Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I expected to wait a long time, but it wasn’t too bad. My appointment was scheduled for 5:55 pm. Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. They will not check you in if you get there too early (like I did). My phone was replaced for $99 with my Apple Care insurance. Jonathan at my new phone up and I was on my way home at 6:40 pm. The phone I got was the same model as my damaged one and yes, it was brand new. Apple will never give you a refurbished phone. The Apple Store employees work with multiple people at one time, so you have to be patient. Photos taken are a little cloudy due to the broken lenses. The last photo was taken with my new phone. What a difference! So happy to have a good camera again!!

Zero star. Staff at this Store, and Apple in general, have absolute disregard for time and money. My brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max has been very slow from day one, so I travelled all the way to Houston and took a day off from work. The staff, Liz, didn’t really care. She had one and only one solution up her sleeve, which is to reset the phone and use it as new. I wanted to use my backup (and this is a service offered by Apple), but she didn’t want to try anything else. I don’t think they care, even for a brand new product that cost $1300+. I said I travelled for this, but she didn’t even care to be a little polite and was chatting with her colleague. Absolute disregard for my time. The customer service has gone down the drain it seems. Now I have a piece of brick that cost $1300+.

I didn’t realize how long it’s gonna take just to fix the phone screen 😂 So I had an appointment at 3:45. I arrived on time and they said it’s gonna take about four hours to come back around 7:30! So I just walked around the mall did my thing We arrive back at the employees they are very attentive. They’re very aware which is nice. When I arrive back, my phone still wasn’t fixed by 8:15 pm It still wasn’t fixed keep in mind. The store closes at 9 o’clock, and I got there at 3:45 by 8:30 pm They finally bought my phone back out. I paid for it and left The problem is, I should’ve checked the phone while I was at that store with a technician because now the face ID doesn’t work at all . I’ll post what they actually repaired, which was the front screen. But now the Face ID doesn’t work at all and I have to type in my passcode for everything. It sucks. I should’ve checked it before I left. That’s my fault but for all that time, I was there wasted they didn’t even fix everything which is crazy.

We had a great experience at this location! They were super packed, but the customer service was great! We were asked by multiple associates if we needed assistance and the associate that helped us at the Genius Bar was very helpful!

I didn’t really need much helped this visit just had some minor inquiries. Walking in I notice a worker, I believe his name is Todd did his best to avoid me after looking my way then proceeded to curve me to greet another customer on the opposite side of where he was standing and I was walking towards him. Besides that unpleasant welcoming I did get great and helpful assistance from two other gentleman but I didn’t get their name. I know not to go to Todd next time.
