Always very helpful. Not like the other phone repair place. The store may be small but big on customer service.

Worst place to get your phone repaired please stay away save your money.

Henry was absolutely honest and efficient. A phone repair that I was getting charged 150 dlls on a different repair shop turned out to be a 16 Dlls repair. Thank you Henry for being honest.

Stay away from these people. Had an employee take his Company Phone in for Speaker Repairs. He was told they could fix it and they requested $65 prepayment. The part was ordered snail mail and seemed like it took forever to come in. They then took what seemed like forever to repair the phone. They claimed the phone was fixed. However, the phone then wouldn’t charge (New Problem). He took it back and they again ordered the same part via snail mail a second time. Made the repair again. Not only does the phone still not charge, now the original speaker not working problem is back. The casing on the phone is also cracked now. Demanded a refund of service to which they claim they do not offer. What kind of an organization does not guarantee, warrant, refund when unsuccessful and/or even bother to check that they performed the work successfully and correctly after service? Will not return to, nor recommend the use of this business! Beware…

They have fixed multiple phones and tablets for me and I have never had a problem with their work or speed. Prices are fair too, compared to what I’ve been quoted by others in the area. Would recommend them to anyone looking to fix a broken screen. Give them a call and they can look up your device and let you know how much the item will be to order, especially if it’s a less popular tablet or phone.
