I have built my own gaming PC's for over a decade. My latest build failed and I threw in the towel. Thankfully NerdsToGo was nearby. They sniped out the problem (faulty motherboard) and got me back up and running quickly. The technician that worked on my PC, Casey, is beyond competent. I was astonished at his level of detail once I popped my case open and discovered his wiring expertise. I feel embarrassed because compared to his work, mine looks like a tweaker version of Jackie O trying to gather up JFK's brain and put it back in his skull.

Had a computer screen cracked and took to them to repair. Deposit of $59 required to look at it but, would be applied to the repair costs. Told we would hear something within a couple of days. When we didn't we called and they said they were looking for the part but, confident they could repair and would call us when completed. Two weeks passed no phone call. Reached out again and told "oh, I'm sorry we are unable to get the part" so when were you going to tell us? And when we picked up still charged the $59+ for no repair. Doesn't appear to be a good model for customer service.

These guys were great! They were very knowledgeable and patient with my limited computer skill. They provided concise and very reasonable proposals for my new system. I have found my "go to" company for my computer needs- I look forward to my future with this very professional group!
