Johnny was amazing. He was very courteous throughout the whole encounter and when they didn’t have the part they needed to repair my phone, he took the time out of his day to run to another store to get the part so that he could repair my phone. Thanks so much for repairing my phone!

Robert fixed our phone even though he was about to close up shop. I didn't get there until later, but he treated my fiance with kindness and respect. He was fast and the phone worked great after. Won't hesitate to trust my broken phone to his care the next time I do something stupid with it. thank you so much, Robert!

I would never consider using uBreakiFix again. The part they ordered for my HP laptop hinge cost $23.75 on eBay (plus $5 shipping, making it $28.75 total), but they charged me $135.30 for everything. And that’s not even the worst part. First, it took two weeks for the part to arrive, only for it to be sent to a different location. When they finally fixed the hinge, they messed up my laptop screen. I had to wait another week for a replacement screen, but the part wasn’t delivered to the store. They reordered it, which took another 5 days. In total, it took a month to fix a simple hinge issue. While they did eventually admit to damaging my screen and fixed it without charge, this doesn't fix my overall experience. They initially didn’t want to admit they messed it up at all, and despite the issues I faced, they offered no partial refund or compensation for the long wait or their mistakes. The high cost for such a basic repair, combined with poor service, was incredibly frustrating. This was my first time using uBreakiFix, and after this experience, I will never go back. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would rather go without a phone than give this terrible place my business. I called and had an appointment set to have my mom's phone battery replaced. I got an email to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival, the employee working seemed to be extremely bothered and disinterested to have customers to help. I informed Mr. Simonton of the reason we were there, and after looking up the appointment, he told me that they did not have the battery in stock. I asked why they would set an appointment if they didn't have the necessary parts. Mr. Simonton rudely explained he didn't know and hasn't had any batteries in over a week. I asked for a manager so that I could complain and he said no, so I asked for a customer service number, to which he continued to say no. I pressed further for a way to complain and Mr. Simonton said he didn't know the number. I asked him if he could Google it, and he again said no. For these reasons, I cannot recommend uBreakiFix. Lack of empathy and service like this shows they do not care to have customers. The mistake with the battery could have been forgiven, but the near hostile level of contempt exhibited by Mr. Simonton can't. This person does not need to be in a customer facing position, ever.

I would like to say that the rep that came out and assist me ( Jalen) he did an excellent good job. He did it in a timely manner and he deserve to be acknowledged about his work ethic. Jalen came in service on my phone and finished the job and I appreciate that very much.
