I ordered back glass for an iPhone and wasn’t able to go back to store because of family emergency when it’s in stock. There is no communication that it is already returned and no refund. When I stopped by the store they said it’s already returned and no refund can be processed. I will be charged again to order it. While ordering I was told it will take 2 to 5 business days but once I paid online it was ready in 30 mins. This looks like some cheap tactics to make money.

Took my laptop which had a water spill about a month ago. They do the usual disclaimer which I agreed, they cannot guarantee it can be fixed - agreed. Their first diagnostic approach was to replace the battery and it would cost $180. For the price they charged me I expected an original Dell battery but it was a cheap aftermarket battery. After multiple follow ups from my end for 2 weeks they said its probably the battery connector that needs to be replaced as it seemed eroded. I gave them the go ahead - after following up multiple times again from my end - they said its probably the motherboard and wanted another $170. I told them no thank you and I picked up the laptop in the same condition I left with them. I can understand if it can't be fixed, but I don't think the tech had any clue on how to fix or troubleshoot. What truly irks me is that I had to keep following up on the status and wait for days for their response - absolutely poor customer service. I wouldn't visit this center again for anything Apple or non-Apple. When I went in today to pick up the laptop there was someone visiting from another shop who was there to 'set the operations' right at this store. Hope its not too late for them. The only reason I came back to this store is owing to the work they did on an old iphone when it needed a battery replacement. This branch can handle your basic iphone tasks, I wouldn't go there for anything non-Apple. Worst experience

I would not recommend this place for a repair. I did take my laptop with apple care and they wanted me to pay for the replacement of battery. It was done for free of cost at Apple Store.

Mobile Kangaroo has provided excellent customer service. I had a liquid damaged MacBook Air(most if not all compents were damaged). The turnaround was quick and I could not be more happier with the repair and to be back up and running. Great Customer Service!!! Top Notch Service and I highly recommend!

Don’t go here. Go to Apple Store instead. They have their own rules and pricing. To diagnose they charge $19 whereas Apple Store does it for free.
