WOW, WOW, WOW!! 👏👌👏That is TRULY my experience with Alicia at CPR Cell Phone Repair in Frisco. She LITERALLY bent over backward to ensure that the quality of care I received was EXCEPTIONAL! If she didn't know that answer, she would find out. If she didn't have the part, she would get it....she made ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that I have everything I needed from my old phone before she closed the job ticket. Heck, she even said if I realized I needed something else later on, that she would help me gain access to that, as well, even after the fact. Alicia is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and hard-working! She is an ABSOLUTE GEM in the service industry and I am beyond impressed with her skill, knowledge, and ingenuity! I went to Geek Squad first to get their opinion and was told my phone was bricked, outdated, and plain out needed a new phone. Decided to give CPR a try and Alicia was more than helpful and FIXED MY PHONE! I absolutely wanted to cry because she's truly a lifesaver! AMAZING service, quick repair and even better price. I went to Samsung Repair Frisco and uBrake Frisco for a phone service first. They didn’t want to touch the phone nor have the parts. I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair and less than 7 minutes, my phone was repaired!! Greatly recommend!

50$ for diagnosis which seemed reasonable. Fixing the laptop tor a broken hinge was quoted as high as the price of theblapyop itself. In addition, the place stinks. No clue why they maintain it so terribly!
