Very poor customer service. The lady that helped me rushed me so quickly she didn’t listen to my concerns of waiting to be factory reset my phone before transferring the SIM card to my new phone. She said she knew what she was doing and had her own way to get the SIM card working. I explained this phone service is a prepaid temporary line and I was NOT confident she was able to do the swap that way. I’d rather transfer the info by setting the two phones next to each other. She disregarded my concerns reset the phone herself and then as noticed she was in FACT unable to transfer the service her way after all!! I asked for the Manger to come help REED and he was very unhelpful himself! Didn’t care how upset I was or how I needed them to fix this issue. Told me to go into another store for help with my new phone there nothing g he can or will do. I guess I had to be a cheeseburger in order to get listened too. Manager Reed trash! Get new employees that actually HELP customers and want to take time to listen to concerns complaints and help them when they need help!!

Amazing service with friendly, knowledgeable, and overall patient staff despite it being busy. I really appreciated Jesus for his good attitude and speedy service, he was knowledgeable and had many cost efficient alternatives to offer me when dealing with my product replacements. I also appreciate Carolina(or caroline) for her knowledge as well and enthusiasm! Definitely come to this store for any of your apple related needs!

My wife went to request to pick up my laptop that has not been notified for several Months about its condition, arrive and was told it was picked up last year. Past 5 months of us inquiry over the phone. We were never told anything about the laptop condition or whereabouts. I would love to file theft charges and breach of personal data that was render by the employee to the unknown person who decided to walk away with no identification. Would absolutely love to ask a lawyer to be granted footage of this pick up said to happen in may. I’m at disbelief this is an issue with its own policy. What’s more astonishing is the employee initial response was to buy another one. Full compensation and retrievable of said property should have been a given. Honestly dearly upset. How can I still be waiting on this issues nearly a year now! Horrible business for students and overall the company should have identified.

My experience here was pathetic. The purple-haired wheelchair lady named Lois is bitter and condescending. My intent on this visit was to authenticate a pair of AirPod maxes that I am selling to a private buyer. I understand this is not a brand new product but Lois was being rude to both me and my buyer. She kept interrupting us and thinking she knows everything. The way she speaks to us is down right nasty. I don't care that you are wheelchair bound, it doesn't grant you the right to be an awful person especially for a customer service position. There are hundreds of people that would be glad to take her job. I hope this DEI hiring Is working (i'm being sarcastic.) Lois needs to be fired or at least moved to a position without interacting with customers. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth for both this retail location and for Apple as a company.
