The experience overall was pretty negative, although the service I received from George was nice, It seems that this place is extremely understaffed and although the staff(George) means well, it doesn’t make up for the lack of efficiency on the customer end. I was out of a phone for over a week for a broken screen. Before this, I was under the impression that this was an easy fix and could be done in one day. Unfortunately I was instructed to schedule a delivery where they pick up my phone, have to wait four business days until the screen arrives, and then have to wait for them to replace my screen. They also did not inform me that after the repair, they would SHIP it to me, taking another couple of days. I just went to the business myself because I couldn’t wait any longer. I feel as though all of this was overly complicated and none of it was explained to me along the way. I was unaware that I would have to be without a phone. this is a personal inconvenience, I will not make that someone else’s problem. However when it came to repairing my phone they were very slow. I had to contact them and go to the building several times to ensure that they would fix my phone. All for the repair only to take 10 minutes. I understand that this is a problem of being understaffed, but I would have rather just taken my phone to the Apple store instead of all of this mess. I was incredibly patient, but I had a very negative experience with this business. I would not recommend you come here.

Very nice experience. Appointment was easily made. Employees were very nice and helpful. I got my phone back when promised. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I came here for a cracked screen 7 days before a flight. They did not have the parts and were understaffed. They ordered the parts and told me to come in when they got them. I thought I got lucky when Apple shipped the parts early. The store called me and told me they were ready. When I came in the staff said in a very unwelcoming tone “appointment only and I’m busy”. When the staff member got done with the customer they told me that it is a 4 hour fix. It was noon and she said she wasn’t going to work on it because she had lunch in 30 mins then an interview when she got back. She told me the phone would be ready at 6pm. I was called at 5pm to be told the Apple server was down. I went to the southlake Apple Store to buy an IPad because I needed a way to contact my family and others when I fly out of state tomorrow. When I dropped my phone off and asked for a copy of my Apple information on a drive. The Apple Store told me the server was up about 10 mins after she called me. My personal opinion is that the staff was lazy and didn’t want to help me. They told me 10am the next morning. I drove up there and they told me 12. I asked if I could wait and she said no. I drove off and my phone was ready 10 mins later. I drove 30 mins to find that out to drive 30 mins back to the store. When I signed into my Apple ID somehow all my contacts were deleted. I was not given the drive I marked the form for and still don’t have my old numbers. My text threads are still there but I will never use this service again. I missed my plane flight because of it, bought a phone and iPad and still don’t have any of my numbers. So yeah 1 star for being all around unreliable. My guess is the owner does not know that the staff member is not friendly or has no choice. I would go with no phone before I would let them touch anything of mine again.

Montrell is awesome, very proficient with computer and technology repairs. He fixed my iPhone 14 that I dropped and cracked the screen recently. Will use again when needed!

Very knowledgeable and efficient. They were thorough when troubleshooting my issue and were able to fix it within the warranty. My AirPods Pro are working like new!! Thanks!!
