I had an instrument cluster from my car that stop working and I had figured out I had a bad solder connection and they were able to fix the bad connection and check for any other issues that looked bad. Daisy had me in and out in under 30 minutes with a working instrument cluster and saved me hundreds of dollars not having to take to dealership. Highly recommend for any electronics/Device repair

Made an appointment and was in and out for a screen repair so quickly! The employees were so kind and even gave my son some pointers on his phone storage. He also enjoyed the complimentary soda while you wait!

Update: I recently took my desktop PC for replacement of a dead hard drive. And then my laptop for configuration issues. I had a great experience at the new location in Ferris. Daisy is a great communicator. She is fast and has fair prices. I recommend Daisy and First Aid Wireless for all your electronics diagnosis and repair needs. I took my roommate's not-working 2022 Kindle to Daisy, thinking it would be a nice birthday gift to get it diagnosed and repaired. Daisy did some preliminary diagnostics on it, then said, "You know, you can get a brand new one for the same cost as I would charge you to diagnose the problem on this used one. I can't take your money." Then she wrote down the model number and sent me home to order a new Kindle. When was the last time you got that kind of straight-up advice from a business owner? The website has a convenient booking system that will simplify your experience with an appointment. I highly recommend Daisy and First Aid Wireless, Red Oak!
