I brought my PC in due to a big issue that occurred, not only did they not properly diagnose the issue or do the fixes they said they would and told me a totally unrelated part was broken, they gave my PC back with all the parts unplugged and missing my GPU cable. I’m incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied as it cost me almost 200 dollars to learn nothing, fix nothing, and lose a vital cable.
