I had a good experience with this company. I was told what the problem was, what item was needed to be replaced with the cost, and that it would be ready in a few days at a certain time. I left my damaged cell phone device with them and called to verify if it was ready on the pickup day, but new device item had not arrived and needed to wait until later that day. Cell phone repair was great, and I was a happy customer.
