We ran into an issue with a desktop. Cant even tell you how smooth, easy and professional it was handled at a very reasonable price. Jacob has the knowledge and patience of a true professional. He took the time to explain the why, the fix and and offerer continued support if problem arrived again. So far, the fix has been peefect. Running just fine!

I called pretty close to closing, only hoping to schedule an appointment for the next day. Instead, he told us to go ahead and bring it in that night. We dropped it off, got our estimate. He was increadibly helpful about the entire thing, very friendly, and I even got my machine back next day working great! 5/5, definitely found a great place here.
