Just wanted to add something to my pc. See what the prices were. I could of done it myself. but am abit lazy. Anyway the price was 90 bucks for any install. Which idk what the normal price is for that but for a simple n.2 drive it's outrageous which is the reason for the review. I complained and they were understanding so the reduced the price. Am not coming again if it's simple but if it's not something I can do I'll trust them

Apollo used to be Apple-Certified. Unfortunately, not anymore. No need to waste your time going by and asking. Apparently, warranty service is done in Dallas or Ft Worth. Best Buy in Abilene does limited warranty work but are able to mail off your iPhone to an Apple-Certified repair location.

I took a high end gaming laptop to apollo to have them rework (Resoldering) the video card chip in it because it had a bad connection to the mother board, i asked them if they could do the reworking of the chip. they said sure i also told them that i just put new thermal paste on all the chips to try to fix the problem my self but didn't work. that's how i knew the chip needed to be reworked. so apollo took it in and said give them a few days. when i got the lap top back and it wasn't fixed and told me they couldn't do anything else to it. now a year later i finally had a professional i sent my computer to and they said the chip was never reworked and half the screws where missing. all that was done is new thermal paste was applied. and they charged me $75+ for that. these guys are self taught worthless techs that have no clue how to do anything the right way without looking at youtube to do it. i also know of a government contract they have and is ripping them off. I owned my own computer store before covid in a different town. so i know when others are ripping other off. These guys will say anything to get your business even if they have no clue how to properly do the job. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. Either send your computer out to a very reputable Computer Repair store. you would be better off sending your stuff to the geek squad even thought there a rip off too but at least they try to fix your stuff.
