I had the best customer service from Jo. I was confused on a supply I was getting I didn’t know what was best for me and Jo helped me out kindly and willingly and got out of her way to make sure I was confident with what I was getting. She is honestly one of the best cashiers I have ever ran into when it comes to customer service, I will for sure be coming back thank you Jo.

A kind parent donated an electric pencil sharpener for our class last year and also bought insurance for it. Last week, a student accidentally get an eraser stuck into the sharpener’s hole, causing it to stop working. I went to the store for assistance, but the assistant manager (Tim if I remember correctly) simply said, "We don’t take care of that. If it’s broken, it’s broken." I mentioned the insurance, but I had lost the receipt and only had the insurance booklet. The manager didn’t even check any information; he just said I would need to call the insurance company and hope the parent had registered an account or something. I was hoping for more help, as it seemed like there could have been a more efficient way to resolve this. In the end I just left the store with frustration. 😭

I went into staples with my husband and we were looking at ear buds, and we didn’t know which one to get for our phones. I asked Jo if she could help, she said she would be right with us when she gets done with another customer, I said just come find me. She did find me and she help us, we decided to get two different ones so we don’t confuse them lol. Thank you Jo.
