Their professionalism and willingness to help made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. As a tourist, I was also happy to discover that the mall has a tax-free shopping outlet where I could get a tax refund, which was a great bonus! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to purchase Apple products!

Mixed Experiences My experiences at Apple Galleria Dallas have been a mixed bag. First Visit: Disappointing Screen Repair Experience I visited the store to repair my broken iPhone 14 Pro Max screen. I was quoted a hefty $450 and warned that I might lose all my data during the repair process. This information was alarming and concerning, especially considering the potential data loss. The estimated repair time of one week also seemed excessive. Ultimately, I chose to have my phone repaired at a local store for a significantly lower cost. To my surprise, the repair was quick (10 minutes) and my data remained intact. This experience left me disappointed. If a local store can perform a screen repair efficiently and without data loss, Apple should strive to improve its repair process. This includes offering more competitive pricing, faster turnaround times, and a more transparent and user-friendly experience. Second Visit: Positive Purchase Experience My second visit was much more positive. I accompanied a friend who was purchasing an iPhone, and the process was smooth and efficient. Overall: While my purchase experience was positive, the screen repair experience was highly unsatisfactory. Apple needs to address the concerns regarding pricing, repair time, and potential data loss to improve customer satisfaction.

There is this employee named Star. She was the best. She helped me like a human would rather than as a corporate employee just doing their job. She made my loyalty towards apple rewarded. Because of her my loyalty to apple extends further. I was there for an apple care appointment to fix my iPhone screen. Star went above and beyond for resolving my issue. She is what makes buying apple products worth it.hire more like her. She deserves a pay raise and promotion.

I placed a pickup order and scheduled my pickup time accordingly. I arrived right on time, yet no one even acknowledged my presence. I stood there for almost five minutes while employees walked around, completely uninterested. Eventually, I had to insist that someone help me, and judging by his attitude, you’d think I personally inconvenienced him just by existing. After what felt like a forced effort on his part, I finally got my order. Makes me wonder—was it just poor customer service, or did my race or background have something to do with it?
