I have a Google 9 Pro XL and the glass over the camera lens cracked. Per recommendations I found online regarding expertise on repairing these types of phones, I contacted AZ Repair Pro and spoke with the owner Aamir. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I thought I had cracked both the outer protective glass and the glass over the camera lens. Therefore I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call indicating that only the outside glass was cracked as I had paid a deposit for ordering both glass coverings per my initial investigation. I very much appreciated his honesty and the work was excellent at a good price. Aamir promptly returned the difference to me. Bottom line is that I highly recommend Aamir's business for your phone repair needs.

I had previously dropped off a PS5 for repair there and at first they stated they could repair it. When the quoted repair date comes around now they can no longer repair it. So basically they charged a "diagnostic fee" said they could repair it then stated it was beyond repair. If this wasn't bad enough when the PS5 was returned they try to get you to sign a document that it was returned in working order, which i declined to sign. Finally I was going to send it in to SONY for repairs which is what i should have done in the first place but they had removed the Hard Drive from my PS5 and kept it. I had thought it was possibly an honest mistake at first but after reaching out several time i was ignored and then blocked. I had my attorney look up the company information and was able to find the registered owner and I am filing a police report and will speak to officers to see what recourse I have. I would advise anyone else who has had similar issues with this company to do the same. This could have been avoided if they just returned my hard drive instead of ignoring and later blocking me.

I would highly advise going somewhere else. We dropped our iPad off on a Thursday and picked it up finally on a Saturday for a screen repair and the screen repair was not done properly. There was all kinds of dirt in between the screen on the iPad so we immediately took it back up to have it fixed, and I was text that he broke the home button and had to have a Home button shipped to him to have it fixed And it would no longer have touch capability on the home button. I’ve never heard back. I had to reach out and six days later. I finally got my iPad and it doesn’t have the home button that works, but the screens repaired so if you want subpar service definitely

Long overdue review: Absolute worst “repair” service ever. Back in summer of 2020 my bf took my MacBook Pro here after he spilled a drink on it. Repair guy replaced the battery then gave it back to us and I notice some scratches that he claimed were already there even though I gave them the protective carrying case. Less than a month later the keyboard stops working so we take it back. He claims to have replaced the keyboard and mother board. I picked everything up (laptop, charger, and protective carrying case) only for there to be even more SCRATCHES, gray and dirty with odd orange stains on my charging cable (food maybe???) and 2 of the bottom screws to my laptop MISSING! My laptop will not stay on for more than 10-15 minutes of use (even worse shape than when I first picked it up). Repair man said he’d ship me the screws and have yet to see them arrive. He also claims there nothing more for him to do repair wise. This was all over the course of months and months of back and forth. Money and time WASTED.
