Richard is a wonderful person and extremely helpful. He makes you feel right at home and is honest about what he can and cannot do. I went in to fix my Macbook screen and he wasn't afraid to say I don't know. However, he personally called other businesses he knew that specialize in this kind of repair and was able to confirm who can help me with my issue.

I got to the store and Richard was out on a service call, but he answered my phone. He sent his wife to open the store to go ahead and drop my laptop off. His wife said well let me look at it. She clicked a few buttons and got it connecting to the Internet, which is what I was struggling with. It was fixed in about 10 minutes. Very accommodating and friendly service. I would highly recommend.
