Good people, great prices, be patient. Brought in a gaming PC and they diagnosed it and offered reasonable way forward for repairs and price. Before they did anything, all processes were discussed. Every time they said they would contact me, they didn’t….so be patient if you use Dr. Nerd. I do recommend this business, and will use in the future.

I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro, which was such a good phone but some of the specs were a little off.. I went back and they gave me no problems in exchanging it. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. The front desk guy is so funny, u usually walk in a place like that and it’s serious vibes, but no he was super funny and nice! Also purchased a case and a wireless charger for less than 20$.

The only good thing I'll say is how fast they were to diagnose my issue: a defective motherboard. Probably because I paid the $168 upfront for expedited service. I have a two month old PC that I built from scratch, saved up over a year to get all the precise components for it. I expected techs that would appreciate a decent rig and would handle it with care. I don't expect pc techs to have people skills, but I do expect a product to be handled with care. I'm super angry that I got my brand new PC case returned with chipped/visible damage on the top and bottom framework. Imagine having your new car with a key scratch against the side. It's minimal, but darn it hurt to see my hardwork returned like that. I'll never bring my equipment here again, and would recommend anyone that has anything that's valuable to them to not bring their equipment here.

Do not take your MacBook here. Not only did the person at the front desk outright say that he hated working on Apple products but they also bent the hinges on my MacBook during their repair. I sent in my laptop to get the screen replaced due to a crack and when I went to pick it up, the laptop itself wouldn't close all the way when set on the table and when I lifted it to put in my laptop bag, it opened even more. This was not an issue when I left my laptop with them, for I have only had this laptop for 3 months, so it's still relatively new. When I voiced concerns about the new issue, the only solution they gave was for me to leave it again with the technician. I had spent over $600 in repairs already. I wasn't about to leave it to get a problem they caused fixed and it cost me more money. It may have been faster and cost less than what Best Buy quoted me but now I have an entirely new issue that I didn't have before I left my MacBook Pro with them.
