I have been a Best Buy guy since the beginning of time I’ve been a huge advocate. You guys have done a lot of installs for me. I’ve always bought your program. I’ve never utilize your program however I bought a doorbell a year ago. It goes out less than a year and now you’re wanting to charge more than actual doorbell to come out and repair. It doesn’t make any sense to me I think You guys are not doing well financially and now I can say I probably won’t be buying any more things from Best Buy. The person who decided to laugh at me on the phone is Quancy. I don’t know if I spelt the name correctly apologize she didn’t But after talking to her, she decided to laugh at me and found it funny that you Money to fix my doorbell then it cost to buy the doorbell and have it installed. Nice job quancy You took a 15 year client or longer and just gave him a bad taste in her mouth. I do business with Best Buy again.

Very efficient! They are located my response to the proper level and I got my request for help completed in 44 minutes. I do have a higher level service contract but it paid off completely in two GS calls. I will continue using the Geek Squad for all of my computer needs!

Our laptop messed it . So we called geek squad the phone call was why they lost 1star it was very hard to understand the person on the phone . We got an appointment. We drop laptop off super nice and friendly in store staff. Told us 4 day. And we had to pay about 100 buck at drop off. I really though , Ok when we come to pick it up it going to be more . they call us 24 hours later asking for pin . So we have it to them . 12 hours later they call and said come get your item it ready . That was very impressive. Then once we picked it up, there was no extra bill even more impressive !!!

Took my computer in to be fixed. First told me it was the power supply, so bought a new one. Then the next day they said it was the motherboard so had to buy a new one and return the power supply. 5 days go by and computer is "ready". Go to pick it up, take it home, and not working on any display I have. Plus the graphics card was unhooked. So now have to wait until they open to call themsince when I called before they closed last night I was sent to their 24/7 support who couldn't transfer me to the store. They better fix this. I'm not paying another dime
